What is diagnosed with the ALERGO295 test?

Its use is essential in all allergic diseases such as rhinitis, asthma, urticaria, eczema, anaphylaxis, conjunctivitis, and gastrointestinal disorders.
ALERGO295 test is also suitable for early detection and diagnosis, especially in patients with a positive family history of allergic diseases and elevated IgE antibody levels.
Diagnosis of allergic diseases has never been more precise and accessible
This test avoids cross-reactivities, which represent a major problem in allergy diagnosis.
For example, a person hypersensitive to latex produces specific IgE antibodies (sIgE) that may react when the same person eats kiwi. The reason lies in the similar structure of one of the allergens in both sources—the kiwi allergen triggers the same hypersensitivity reaction as the latex allergen. With previous serological tests, such insights were a near future.
In the ALERGO295 test, the original allergen extract is enhanced with allergenic components, and five allergenic components are isolated separately. Therefore, a quantitative result for 6 parameters, of which 5 are exclusively related to latex. Of course, in the same test, the patient’s sample will be tested using ALERGO methodology on both the “enhanced” extract and on 4 allergens specific to kiwi. Thus, cross-reactivities are history with ALERGO295, and more accurate diagnosis with the help of nanomedicine is the present.
