Helicobacter pylori – in the stool

DESCRIPTION:
Helicobacter pylori is associated with various gastrointestinal diseases. In developed countries, H. pylori infection is 50% of the population. There are invasive and non-invasive methods of proving H.pylori infection. Non-invasive methods include proof of antigen in serum, stool and breath test.

DETERMINATION:
Determination method: Rapid qualitative immunochemical test. The sample for analysis is feces. The sample is stable for 3 days at 2-8°C.
