02. Is there an additional charge for an on-site visit if two people are at the same address?
No. Regardless of the number of people at the same address, the nurse’s visit is charged only once.
03. How much does on-site blood collection cost?
The nurse’s visit fee is €20 for Split and Zadar, and €25 for Solin, Stobreč, and the Zadar area. For tests exceeding €150, the visit is free of charge. Laboratory tests are charged according to Poliklinika Analiza’s current price list.
04. Is it possible to consult a doctor about test selection?
Yes. We offer free consultations with a doctor to provide expert advice on test selection.
05. Is it possible to get an interpretation of the results?
Yes. Once the results are ready, it is possible to arrange a professional interpretation of the results by a doctor or nutritionist, to get a clear explanation of the findings.
06. How long does the nurse's visit take?
The visit is organized within a one-hour window, and the blood collection procedure itself takes only a few minutes.
07. Is it necessary to fast before blood collection?
Not for all tests. Some laboratory tests require you to fast, while for others it is not necessary. When booking, our team will inform you if you need to fast.
08. How far in advance do I need to book a visit?
An appointment can be arranged in advance or for the same day, depending on availability. After receiving your inquiry, our team will confirm the first available appointment that suits you.
09. How can I book the AnalizaGo service?
You can arrange an appointment by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Our team will arrange the visit time and all necessary details with you.
10. Is on-site blood collection as reliable as in the laboratory?
Yes. After collection, samples are transported to the Poliklinika Analiza laboratory according to strictly defined protocols, where they are processed using the same quality standards as samples taken at our branches.
11. Which tests cannot be performed on-site?
Almost all laboratory tests available at Poliklinika Analiza can be performed through the AnalizaGo service. Tests that require multiple sample collections or special sampling conditions, such as the following, cannot be performed on-site:
- OGTT test (glucose tolerance test)
- insulin resistance test
- prolactin at two points
- ACTH
- PTH
All other tests are performed according to the same standards as in the laboratory.
