DESCRIPTION:
The concentration of glycated hemoglobin indicates the concentration of glucose during the life of the erythrocyte, i.e. during the last 3 to 4 months. The determination of HbA1c is suitable for monitoring the metabolic state of diabetics over a long period of time and can replace frequent blood glucose checks.

DETERMINATION:
Determination method: Direct immunochemical photometric method. (IFCC) The sample for analysis is whole blood (EDTA). The sample is stable for 7 days at 2-8 °C
