Unlike allergies, food intolerance does not involve a rapid cause-and-effect reaction; symptoms appear after several days, making it difficult for a person to identify which food is causing the problem. At Poliklinika Analiza, you can choose from three panels depending on the quantity and which foods you wish to test. Before testing, you must be fasting or at least three hours without food, as possible lipemia of the sample may complicate testing. It is also important to note that if you are taking corticosteroid or cytostatic therapy, you must take a break of at least one month before testing.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>DETERMINATION:<\/strong><br \/>\nSample: serum<\/p>\n<p><strong>CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE:<\/strong><br \/>\nIntolerance symptoms vary significantly from person to person.
