The examination is based on taking anamnestic data (data on the patient\u2019s previous illnesses, family illnesses and current problems) and a detailed clinical examination. The obligatory part of the internal examination includes an electrocardiogram examination (a non-invasive procedure that enables a basic assessment of the condition of the heart muscle and heart rhythm), spirometry (a basic test to assess lung function). If necessary, the examination can be continued with additional subspecialist examinations in the field of cardiological-angiological, pulmonary and ultrasound
